Postcards from Bhutan
Greetings from Bhutan! I’m writing this from a small guesthouse overlooking a valley, surrounded by prayer flags blowing in the mountain breeze.
I’m currently leading a photography tour through Bhutan – a country so rich in culture and tradition. The vibrant festivals and ancient monasteries have left us in amazement, and next week we’ll be trekking up to the iconic Tiger’s Nest, the most incredible monastery anywhere in the world. I can’t wait to see it again.
Exciting news: I’ve been named a finalist in the Travel Photographer of the Year Awards – again! (I think this might be my 9th or 10th time, but who’s counting?) It’s always humbling to have my work recognized like this.
On the tech side of things, I’ve been working hard on my website. It’s shaping up well, though I still need to refine the portfolios – it’s a work in progress, but I’m quite proud of how it’s coming together. It’s certainly better than my previous version.
How are things with you? Have you been working on any creative projects or planning adventures of your own? I’d love to hear about them! I’ll do my best to reply.
Sending you warm wishes and a sprinkle of Himalayan magic.
Tom
