Why are there multi award winning photographers in the Newby of The Month Competition? It doesnt give a chance to the ‘newbies’

Hi Vlad, Newbie refers to new to the platform. You can only enter this challenge if you have Newbie status. You can also enter (and win) other challenges before the Newbie challenge finishes.
I guess that is what happpens in this case.
